Had a problem with a garage door which would not lock. I photo’d the lock and sent the picture to TWC. They told me it might need a new lock at £100+ but they’d come and take a look and see what could be done. Tom arrived promptly at the appointed time and place. He was able to deftly dismantle the lock and replace a couple of parts. The lock now works just fine. I was charged a very fair price and avoided the cost of a replacement lock.
